Learn Bruce Lee Training Secrets

Even over 40 years after his death, Bruce has maintained his reputation as “pound for pound…one of the most powerful men in the world.” Chuck Norris said that.

Once while on the set for “Enter The Dragon,” Lee was walking around with his shirt off while rehearsing a fight sequence. The director’s wife admired his physique and asked to feel his muscles. He obliged her with a flexed bicep. She touched it and told everyone around that his muscles felt “like warm marble.”

And I’m sure that Steve McQueen, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, James Coburn, Lee Marvin, George Lazenby, Dan Inasanto, Joe Lewis and Mike Stone would all agree. He trained them in the martial arts, too. Just as legendary Wing Chun master Ip Man taught him.

A note for our Bruce Lee Workout readers:

A Workout Plan similar to Bruce Lee‘s is not for everyone. Bruce was known to exercise compulsively, even when running errands or watching television. According to Linda, his wife and the mother of his two children Shannon Lee and Brandon Lee, there was almost never a moment when Bruce wasn’t working out. His estimated body fat percentage was between 1 and 3%. Elite athletes generally have 6–13% body fat. His life’s focus was preparing and developing his mind and body for martial arts perfection.
